L’appartamento dista 200 mt. dalla stazione Ferroviaria di Firenze S. M. Novella e 500 mt. dal Duomo. E’ situato al 1° piano senza ascensore di un edificio in una delle pittoresche vie del centro storico di Firenze.
Fernanda riserva agli ospiti due camere, ciascuna con un comodo letto matrimoniale, arredate tradizionalmente con cura ed attenzione. Il bagno con doccia e’ in comune. In cucina gli ospiti trovano tutto l'occorrente per un thè, caffè, tisana per un momento di relax da assaporare in qualsiasi ora della giornata. Un piccolo balcone può servire per stendere qualche indumento e per fumare (in casa è vietato).
In casa si trovano depliant turistici e informazioni per visitare al meglio città e dintorni. Vicino casa ci sono ristoranti vari di tutti i prezzi, un parcheggio convenzionato a pagamento, negozi di vario genere (alimentari, giornali, lavanderia), bancomat, farmacia. Vicinissimi i mezzi di trasporto per la città, i dintorni e la stazione ferroviaria.

The walk-up flat is situated in the center of Florence, just 200 mt away from the railway station of Santa Maria Novella and just 500 mt away from the Cathedral and the Brunelleschi’ s Dome, at the first foor of a building situated in a colourful street in the historic center.
The landlady offers to her guests two double rooms, confortable and traditionally furnished. The bathrom with shower is to be shared A balcony to hang out the washing and for smoking (indoor is forbidden) Touristic informations are provided to help the tour of the sights of Florence and and its environs.
Near the flat there is a paying car park and a lot of restaurants, cash dispenser, pharmacy, the bus stop, public transport for the environs and the railway station.
